Denison Stingray Summer Swim Team - 2024 Summer Swim Team
Swim Team Season: Will begin in Tuesday, May 28th Must be 5 years of age and able to swim across the pool by themselves. Head Coach: TBD Assistant Coach: TBDCost is $50Practice Times: Monday-Friday11-18 yr old- 8:00am-10:00am 10 and under- 9:00am-10:00am Home Swim Meets: June - Tues 11, Thurs 13, Thurs 20, Tues June 27 and July 2 PARENTS: Will have to work both away and home meets. A schedule will be post after practice starts. The indoor pool, spa, and sauna will close at 4:50 p.m. during home swim meets. The outdoor pool will close at 6:30 p.m. during home swim meets.Conference Swim Meet Saturday July 13 in Sac City at 11am rain date Sunday July 14

Summer Water Exercise - Summer Water Exercise
You do not need to know how to swim to exercise in the water! Water exercise is a low impact way to burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness.Due to popular demand, we have decided to continue having a water exercise class throughout the summer. Starting June 3rd through August 26th we will have a class on Monday evenings only from 6-6:45pm with Jenna. Price$60 for all classes (June 3rd to August 26th)$5 drop in rateWe have decided to go away with punch cards. If you purchased one previously and still have punches to use, we will give you a credit to use for the summer session.
