You do not need to know how to swim to exercise in the water! Water exercise is a low impact way to burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Times - Classes will begin October 17
Tuesday & Thursday - 8:00am - 8:45am

Starting February 12th we will offer evening sessions
Monday & Wednesday - 6:00pm - 6:45pm

Water Exercise Prices
Member- 12 Punch Card $20.00 (Discount will be applied upon checkout)
Non-Member - 12 Punch Card $25.00
Drop in fee: $5.00
